The Corpus Callosum Journal
Submission Guidelines

Submission period: October 5 to January 5

During the submission period, please use our submission form to send us your work. Work submitted via any other method may not be considered for publication.
The Corpus Callosum publishes poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, drama, short screenplays, photography, and visual art. Please put your full name and e-mail address at the top of each submitted piece; though all identifying markers are scrubbed before submissions are read, inclusion of this information in the original submission document facilitates future correspondence. Please use 12-point Times New Roman or similar font. Submissions should not exceed 2,000 words in total. Submissions that exceed 2,000 words in total may not be considered for publication.

Writers can expect to receive a publication decision by January 15.

Please note that issues of The Corpus Callosum will occasionally have an overarching theme. Be mindful of the theme before you submit, as publication decisions may hinge on authors' creative incorporation of the theme.

Simultaneous submissions are accepted. Submissions should not have been published elsewhere. If you must withdraw a submission, please send a notification to etucker@corpuscallosumpress.com.

Successful contributors will receive a complimentary digital edition of the issue in which their work appears. We ask for first-time rights only; copyright reverts to the author upon publication.
